Refunds & Returns

All products are custom designed and printed upon order, therefore we do not accept returns. However, if there is an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order. Please let us know within five days of delivery.

We offer exchanges, only in the event that the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@visionperfected.net with clear photos and details of the product and the defect, within five days.  After that time period has elapsed, your order is considered complete and correct.

Please note that colors can vary slightly due to the monitor they are viewed on.
